COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986

Mr.Manish Kumar, Adv., for the Op.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for compromise. Counsel for the complainant has tendered an agreement deed i.e. Ex.C-1 and has also made a separate statement in which he states that the complainant & Op entered into compromise on 13.06.2015 and the order may please be passed in terms of the deed of settlement Ex.C-1. However, he wants to withdraw his present complaint. Counsel for the Op has also made a separate statement in which he states that Op entered into compromise with complainant on dated 13.06.2015, the copy of Ex.C-1 is the same copy of deed of settlement and the matter has been compromised with the complainant.

Heard. In view of the statements made by the counsel for the parties, and having gone through  the agreement deed i.e Ex C-1 it is made clear that the matter has been compromised between the parties Hence the present complaint has become infructuous being fully satisfied  and the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
