                        The case is at preliminary stage. The learned counsel for complainant has appeared and made statement that he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh after giving notice to the OPs. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainant to file afresh, as permitted by law.
