Copy of order dated 15.3.2016 passed by District Consumer Forum, Deoria in execution case no.4 of 2016, Bechu Prasad vs. Sudhir Kumar Vishwakarma has been filed by respondent and perusal of this order dated 15.3.2016 shows that impugned judgment and order has been complied in full satisfaction. As such, I found no ground to proceed further in this appeal.

Appeal is dismissed.

Rs.25,000.00 deposited under section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act in this appeal shall be refunded to appellant alongwith interest accrued.
