                 Sh. Neeraj Jain, Director of the Respondent along with Sh. S.H. Isfahani, Counsel for the Respondent.

       

        File taken up today as the parties have agreed before the Mediation Centre, Delhi for appearance for today before this Commission.

The matter has been settled between the parties in Delhi Government Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi vide settlement dated 27.04.2015 jointly signed by the parties before the Mediation Centre.

        In compliance of the settlement, appellant/OP has given a cheque of Rs. 8,10,000/- before this Commission to the respondent/complainant in full and final settlement of all its claims against the appellant/OP.

        It is stated that as the disputes and differences between the parties are settled and the cheque towards settlement amount received by the respondent, subject to encashment of the aforesaid cheque respondent/complainant will have no claim of any nature against the appellant/OP in respect of which a complaint was filed before the District Forum.

        Since the parties have settled the matter, the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of settlement referred above.

        Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.

        FDR, if any, deposited by the appellant be release in his favour as per rules.

        File be consigned to record room.
