ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Rajiv Sharma, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that since list of property of JD No.1 to 3 is not available with the complainant/DH and complainant/DH wants to file execution application under Section 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, hence, at this stage, under the instructions of complainant, he may be allowed to withdraw the present execution application with liberty to file fresh execution application under Section 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The present execution application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
