ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Mr. Gaurav Chaturvedi AR for JD has been authorized to settle the Execution Petition with the DH and have paid Rs.3,40,000/- to the DH as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the execution petition stands satisfied.
