                        The case is at preliminary stage. The learned counsel for complainant has made statement that due to technical defect; he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to file the complaint again after removal of defect, if need be.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
