During the course of proceedings, counsel for the opposite parties got recorded statement on 27.11.2014 that opposite party No.2 is ready to get the washing machine of the complainant rectified to the satisfaction of the complainant from the authorized service centre as per warranty obligations. Counsel for the complainant also stated at bar that complaint be disposed of by giving directions the opposite party No.2 to get the washing machine fully repaired/defects rectified to the satisfaction of the complainant.

Resultantly, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to hand over the washing machine to the opposite party No.2/their authorized service centre within one week from today and the opposite party No.2 is directed to get the washing machine of the complainant fully repaired/defects if any rectified to the satisfaction of the complainant within one month from the receipt of washing machine. Keeping in view the peculiar circumstances of the case, parties are left to bear their own costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
