Present complainant in person alongwith Sh. Santosh Kumar Dardi, Counsel and Sh. Sagar Bhandari, Prop. of OP-1 i.e. Battery Planet and filed compromise dated 14.12.2019 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, we therefore direct OP-1 to pay an amount of Rs.16,000/- in cash to the complainant as full & final settlement within 30 days from the date of this order. The complainant will give all four old batteries of Arise to OP-1.
This order shall be complied with by OP-1 within a period of 30 days from the date of this order failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
