Present:       Shri Kanwal Deswal, Advocate for the complainant.                      

                    OPs No.1 & 2 ex-parte.

      Shri Shekhar Kapoor, Advocate for the OP No.3.

                                                         

Learned counsel for the OP No.3 has made a statement that company is ready to refund Rs.12,000/- to the complainant within 30 days, subject to deposit of mobile set with all original accessories at Service Centre, Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that in view of the statement of learned counsel for the OP No.3 he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. Heard. In view of the aforesaid statements, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
