                     Authorised Representative of OP No.1 in person.

         

                     Today the case is fixed for filing written statement by the OP. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement stated that he does not want to pursue with the present Complaint and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.   

                     Heard. Since the dispute in question involved in the present complaint has been settled between the parties, in view of the statement of the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
