                Complainant Sh. Ajay Sharma made a statement that due to some technical ground he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and wish to withdraw the same with permission to file a fresh complaint.

          In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file a fresh complaint. Original documents if any placed on file by the complainant be returned and photocopy of the same be placed on record. Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
