                     None for the OP.

                    

                     Today, the case is fixed for filing evidence on behalf of complainant. However, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant by making a separate statement, stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, so the complainant is no more interested to pursue the present and on the direction of the complainant, he do not want to pursue with the present complaint; hence, he withdraws the same on behalf of the Complainant, being fully satisfied.

                     Heard. In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
