ORDER

The complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.379.95 paise from the respondents jointly and severally being the price of the shoes on the returning the old shoes to the respondents and Rs.100/- towards the costs of this proceedins. The respondents shall pay the amount of Rs.379.95 paise to the complainant jointly and severally beaing the price of the shoes on receiving the old shoes from the complainant and Rs.100/- towards the costs of this proceedings within two months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing their own costs of this proceedings. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to bothsides parties under certificate of postings.
