ORDER

The complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.379.95 paise from the respondents jointly and severally being the price of the shoes on the cost returnign the old shoes to the respondents and Rs.100/- towards the costs of this proceedings. The respondents shall pay the amount of Rs.379.95 paise to the complainant jointly and severally being the price of the shoes on receiving the old shoes from the complainant and Rs.100/- towards the cost of this proceedings within two months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing their own costs of this proceedings.
