Present:       Complainant in person.

                   Sh. K.K.Luthra, Advocate for the opposite party.

                    File put up before National Lok Adalat. Ld. counsel for the opposite party made a statement that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.8000/-(Rupees eight thousand only). The same will be paid to the complainant within 30 days and the complainant must return the shoes.

                   Complainant made a statement that he has read over the above statement and agrees with the same. He has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both the parties, opposite party is directed to pay the alleged amount of Rs.8000/-(Rupees eight thousand only to the complainant within 30 days from today, failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum on the alleged amount from today i.e. 09.05.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Complaint is disposed of accordingly being settled before National Lok Adalat. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

          File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
