1. The complaint is total amount of Rs. 26, 90,000/-(Rupees twenty six lacs and ninety thousand) only.

2.  Complainant alleged that he invested a total sum of Rs.6,60,000/- (Rupees six lacs and sixty thousand ) only in between 09-11-2010 to 19-05-2011.The invested amount with O.P.-Company was to be returned for a sum of Rs. 13,20,000/-(Rupees thirteen lacs and twenty thousand only) .The amount not paid as such complainant serve legal notice on 09-08-2016 but of no avail. As such complaint filed claiming the aforesaid amount of Rs. 13,20,000/- with equal amount as compensation with interest @ 12 % from the date of  filing of the complaint along with litigation cost Rs.50,000/-.

3. The complaint on perusal appears to be a Commercial Transaction for profit and secondly it is a money claim for a sum of Rs.13,20,000/- the amount claim by way of maturity. The compensation claimed is imaginary without any foundational fact.

4.  The complaint suffers from the illegality much less has no pecuniary Jurisdiction.

5.  For the reasons above, we are unable to admit this complaint for hearing. It is thus, dismissed at the Admission stage itself.
