Ld. Advocate for the Complainant is present and heard.  The Complaint is within time.  The Complaint is admitted and be registered.  Issue notices upon the OPs by Speed Post with A/D.  Let the case be transferred to Ld. Bench-3 for disposal fixing 30.8.2017 for S/R.

The Misc. Application bearing No. MA/544/2017 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the Complainant has prayed for an interim order u/s 13(3-B) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record we restrain the OPs from creating any third party interest in respect of the properties as mentioned in the Schedules of the Misc. Application till the next date fixed above.  The Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
