Counsel for the complainant stated that he wants to withdraw the complaint.  On his request, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn on the point of pecuniary jurisdiction, with liberty to file the same at appropriate Court/Forum.

Further, he has requested for release of the original documents, which is allowed after placing on record the photocopy of the same.
