ORDER

This complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled the amount of Rs.1,22,000/- regarding the value of the defects or deficiencies in the construction of the house by the respondent adn Rs.15,000/- as compensation for mental and physical agony that he has undergone due to the deficiency of service by the respondent together with Rs.500/- towards costs of this proceedings. The respodant shall pay the amount of Rs.1,22,000/- to the complainant regarding the value of the defects or deficiences in the construction of the house by him and Rs.15,000/- as compensation for mental and physical agony that the complainant has suffered due to the deficiency of service by him and Rs.500/- towards costs of this proceedings within two months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement adn order, apart from bearing his own costs of this proceedings. The other reliefs claimed by the complainant are hereby rejected.
