This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today.<br /> This complaint is dismissed with a direction to the complainant to approach the civil court for redress with a liberty tot he complainants to seek the condonation of delay in presenting the civil suit before the civil court regarding the period spent by the complainants before this Forum for prosecuting this complaitn with an observations that the civil court may sympathetically consider the complainant's prayer for condonation of delay in presenting the civil suit before the same regarding the period spent by the complainants to prosecute this complaint before this Forum.<br /> Having regard to the facts of this case both sides parties shall bear their own costs.<br /> Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
