On perusal of the case record, it shows that the Dhr is absent since long without taking any step. He has only prayed for the executed order of the C.D Case No.79/13. So in the circumstances, when the Dhr is absent since long without taking any steps shows that he has not interested to proceed with his case and we also found no reasonable ground to adjourn the case furthermore. Hence, the Misc. case is dismissed for default.
