Both the parties are present alongwith their Ld. Advocates.

Both parties have agreed to settle the case. So, the O.Ps have agreed to change the A/C from 3 star to 5 star with extended warranty of 5 Years. They have also agreed to pay a lump-sum amount of Rs.3,000/- as compensation  to the Complainant. The O.Ps will be bound to install the A/C free of cost at the premises of the Complainant within February, 2024.

The Complainant is at liberty to file Execution Case, in non-compliance of the order of Upbhokta Lok Adalat.

Accordingly, the case is disposed of with full and final satisfaction.

Hence, it is

Ordered

            That the case No. CC/84/2023 be and the same is disposed of with full and final satisfaction.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
