Hence, ordered,

That the instant case is allowed exparte against all the ops with litigation cost of Rs.2000/- .

The ops are directed to execute and register the Deed of Conveyance in respect of the flat in favour of the complainant on receiving the balance due money of Rs. 52,498/- from the Complainant as per the agreement for sale within 45days from te date of this order, failing which the complainant is at liberty to execute the order as per provisions of law.

The ops are further directed to pay jointly and severally directed to pay Rs. 5000/- to the complainant towards compensation within a period of 45 days from this date.

Let copies be supplied to the parties as per rules.
