ORDER

21/07/2009 Complainant:- BH Opposite-Party:-BKM Complainant present. Advocate for opposite party also present. The opposite party filed copy of e-mail sent to complainant. In that letter it has been stated that the opposite party has reversed charges for BPC membership charged and also reversed all associated charges like interest and late payment charges. It is also stated in the letter that opposite party will pay Rs. 5,000/- as service gesture towards full and final settlement of the claim of the complainant and opposite party has also making arrangement to have CIBIL records rectified. So in view of this letter the matter had been settled and the complainant has got relief. The complainant who is present in the open court admits receipt of the email and accepted the proposal and the settlement. In view of the submissions the opposite party is directed to pay Rs. 5,000/- as promised in the email to the complainant and therefore, matter is closed and disposed off in view of the settlement. Order accordingly, PRESIDENT We concur the above findings. MEMBER MEMBER
