That the CC 79 of 16 be and the same succeds. The Op 1  is liable for loss of the compt. The op 1 is directed to pay Rs. 5700/- t or new mobile set of same model to the compt. The op 1 is directed to give Rs.5000/- to the compt. for compensation and Rs.5000/- for litigation cost. The op 1 shall pay the aforesaid sum to the compt. by A/C payee cheque in the name of the compt. within 45 days failing which the compt. is at liberty to execute the order through court. The compt. is also entitled to get interest @Rs.9% p.a. from 3.8.16 till full payment. . Let a copy of this order be made over to the parties free of cost.
