22.11.2017 :  Complainant is present.  O.Ps are also present. A/R for O.P. No. 2 filed certain documents. Kept on record.

                          At the time of hearing, the complainant filed a petition dt. 22.11.2017 to drop the case, as stated, she does not have claim against the O.Ps being amicably settled.

                          Perused the record and materials as well as the petition filed by the complainant.  It is ascertained that the complainant does not want to proceed with the case, as she received Rs. 5,800/- towards cost of mobile handset and compensation and costs, being amicably settled.

                          In view of the above settlement, we are inclined to drop the case, as amicably settled.  Hence case is dropped as amicably settled.

                          Pronounced in the open Forum on this the 22^nd day of November, 2017.  Issue free copy to the parties concerned.
