                   Ms. Anuradha Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner has suffered a statement that she may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition being in-fructuous. Her statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                In pursuance of the statement made by Ms. Anuradha Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn being in-fructuous.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
