1.                As per order dated 13.08.2019 contained in letter No.1879, I am conducting these proceedings singly.

2.                Learned counsel for appellant has made a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as the entire decreetal amount has been paid to the complainant.

3.                Present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn, in pursuance of the respective statement made by learned counsel for the appellant. File be consigned to the records.

4.                Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules, after the expiry of period of appeal and revision, if any filed in this case.
