          Counsel for the appellant Sri Ashok Kumar Rai and Counsel for the respondent Sri Ambarish Kaushal Srivastava are present.

          The matter is finally compromised between the parties and accordingly in view of the compromise deed executed in between the parties, the Demand Draft No.691308 dated 26-03-2024 for Rs.2,41,635/- is handed over by Sri Ashok Kumar Rai, learned Counsel for the appellant to Sri Ambarish Kaushal Srivastava, learned Counsel for the respondent/complainant, who will handover the same within two weeks to the respondent/complainant.

          The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
