                        The complainant/counsel had obtained date for moving an application u/s 13(1)(c) of the Consumer  Protection Act for getting the  tyre tested but neither the complainant nor his counsel are appearing and as such it seems  that the complainant is no more interested in pursuing the present complaint.  It is already 3.25PM. Further wait is not justified. Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
