Shri K.L. Gaur, learned counsel for the appellant.

         The appeal is barred by one year and 24 days.

          Heard on I A 1 for condonation of delay.

        We find no concrete reasons for the delay in filing the appeal. The reasons narrated in the application are very superfluous and vague.  The counsel for the appellant is not able to explain the delay properly.

           Therefore, the application for condonation of delay is not allowed. 

            This appeal is therefore dismissed as time barred.
