         Notice sent to the complainant was returned unserved with endorsement “Left”.   Complainant failed to furnish correct postal address for effective prosecution.  This Commission has no means to find out the correct and latest address of the complainant.  None present for the opponent though duly served.  It appears that complainant is not interested in prosecution of this matter.  Hence, the order :-
