     The Complainant is remaining absent for the last many dates and even intimation issued to him returned unserved since addressee was not found on the address given.  It is for the Complainant to give correct address or change of address whenever occurred.  In the circumstances we pass the following order:

O  R  D  E  R

    (i)               Complaint stands dismissed for default.

  (ii)               No order as to costs.

(iii)               Inform the parties accordingly.
