Either side is absent since long . Notice has been issued to the complainant from the commission office which could not be received to the complainant due to insufficient address . there is no chance of appearanace of complainant in this case . Because best efforts has been taken by this commission . The could not of complainant it transpries that he has lost interest in this case .
