Heard the complainant and perused the case papers.  The complainant has produced Xerox copy of fixed deposit in the name of his mother dated 24/08/2006 for Rs.15,00,000/-.  The maturity amount is Rs.30,80,837/- on 25/09/2014. The complainant has produced copy of passbook to show that the bank has deposited amount of Rs.2999250.80 instead of Rs.30,80,837/- on 25/09/2014. According to complainant the opponent has not given details for deducting the amount.  The maturity date is 25/09/2014. The amount after maturity was paid on 25/09/2014. The complaint is filed on 22/12/2017 i.e. after three years which is apparently barred by limitation.  Hence the complaint is dismissed at the stage of admission. The complainant is in habit to file complaints on various grounds. He has filed several complaints before this Forum. Majority of them are dismissed. As this complaint is apparently barred by limitation, it is dismissed at the stage of admission.
