                    After arguing some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file consumer complaint before the Commission having jurisdiction to entertain the complaint.

                    With liberty as aforesaid, the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.

                     The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The impunged order stands set-aside.
