Final Order / Judgement

The complainant is present in person.

Ld. Advocate of OP is also present.

The Manager of the Bank of India of concerned Branch is also present.

It is submitted by the Branch Manager that they are ready to settle the dispute after realizing Rs. 40,000/- only out of claimed amount of Rs. 1,36,162.50/- paisa. The complainant also agrees to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs. 40,000/-. The receipt showing payment of Rs. 40,000/- by the complainant in favour of the bank is filed. The original receipt is returned to the complainant after retaining a Xerox copy of same for the purpose of this record. Since both the Ops have arrived at a settlement mutually there is no need to drag this case.

We are of the view, that the case should be disposed off since the claim of the complainant has been satisfied fully.

Hence, it is ordered, that the case being No. 126/2022 be and the same is disposed off on full satisfaction.

The copy of this order be given to the complainant, the Ops and the Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will arrange for returning the documents retained in connection with Loan Account being No. 403975100000846 within a period of 7 days hence.

The MAs pending disposal shall stands disposed off with effect from now.

Send down the record to the Bench along with copy of this order with direction to all the parties present before this Lok Adalat not to take any steps on the specified date.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
