Final Order / Judgement

Order No.36, dated 24/04/2009.

The Complainant is absent without taking any step and on call none appears on behalf of the Complainant.

O.P files hazira.

The Ld. Agent for the O.P submits that both parties have settled the matter amicably and the Complainant filed one application in the month of March.

It appears that the case is proceeding for passing Final Order.

In this stage, the Complainant filed one petition dated 26/03/2009 stating that the case has been compromised and he likes to withdraw the case.

The O.P also filed a copy of letter of bank addressed to the Ld. Agent of the O.P in respect of compromise.

It is useless to drag the case.

Hence,

                Ordered,

That the complaint of the Complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Thus, the case is disposed off.
