Case of complainant is accepted just like Ex Party jointly or separately for Rs. 27000/- or up to date of payment accordingly the conditions of TDR, whatever is more than is liable to receive. Except this Rs. 5000 for mentally and physically harassment of complainant and Rs. 2000 for case expense is granted. Respondent has to be paid the amount to complainant with in one month otherwise complainant is owner to get such amount through the Forum.
