ORDER

Complainant/petitioner has filed the complaint before District Forum-II, Lucknow against Bank of Baroda, respondent herein. Petitioner is 77 years of age. He has moved this application for transfer of the complaint from Lucknow to Delhi as he is unable to go to Lucknow to attend the proceedings on account of his age and ailments. Respondent is a Corporate Body which has its presence in Delhi.

Limited notice was issued to the respondent to show cause as to why the complaint filed by the petitioner before the District Forum, Lucknow be not transferred to an appropriate District Forum in Delhi.

Notice issued is made absolute in the interests of justice. Complaint No.173/2012 before District Forum-II Lucknow against the respondent is directed to be transferred to District Forum-VI New Delhi forthwith.

Parties are directed to appear before District Forum-VI New Delhi on 7.9.2012.
