Since morning despite repeated calls none appeared on behalf of complainant for addressing arguments on admission. Perusal of the record shows that on 30.05.2023 the complainant appeared in person. Arguments on admission heard. After perusing the record complainant was directed to file the copy of ombudsman award vide order dated 04.07.2023 and the matter stands adjourned to 27.07.2023. On 27.07.2023 complainant failed to appear and placed on record award passed by banking ombudsman, hence, matter stands adjourned for appearance on 10.10.2023. On 10.10.2023 complainant failed to appear and placed on record award passed by banking ombudsman, hence, matter stands adjourned for appearance on 14.12.2023. On 14.12.2023 complainant failed to appear and placed on record award passed by banking ombudsman, hence, matter stands adjourned for appearance on 05.02.2024. On 05.02.2024 complainant failed to appear and placed on record award passed by banking ombudsman, hence, matter stands adjourned for appearance on 14.05.2024. On 14.05.2024 complainant failed to appear and placed on record award passed by banking ombudsman, hence, matter stands adjourned for appearance on 12.07.2024. On 12.07.2024 complainant failed to appear and placed on record award passed by banking ombudsman, hence, matter stands adjourned for appearance on 31.07.2024. On 31.07.2024complainant failed to appear and placed on record award passed by banking ombudsman, hence, matter stands adjourned for appearance on 26.09.2024. Today also none appeared on behalf of complainant. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. The present complaint is therefore dismissed in default as well as for non prosecution.
