ORDER

 

 

          Learned counsel for the petitioner present.

         

He wants to withdraw the revision petition and prays that liberty be granted to him to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. 

          He is permitted to withdraw the case and liberty as aforesaid is granted to the petitioner  to file the case against the respondent.

          So far as question of limitation is concerned, he can seek help from celebrated authority of the Supreme Court in the case of Laxmi Engineering Works vs. PSG Industrial Institute 1995(3) SCC 583. 

          The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
