After hearing the Ld. Advocate of the complainant and perusing the complaint and other documents we find that the dispute revolves around the Bank transaction amounting to Rs. 10,000/- which was made on 12.09.2020. The complainant who transfer the aforesaid amount of Rs. 10,000/- to one account mistakenly got it credited to another account.

The Op had nothing to do in so far as the aforesaid transaction is concerned. Inspite of that the Op wrote to the complainant’s Advocate on 08.04.2021 asking her to immediately contact the Dumdum Branch of SBI for submission INDEMNITY Form for completion of the refund process. There is nothing on record to show that the complainant took any further step after 08.04.2021 to get herself indemnified with connection of the SBI Dumdum Branch and Op.

Not that her claim was denied or disputed by the Op. It is a pre-mature case and hardly there is a scope to hold a view that there was or is any deficiency on the part of the Op is rendering service. So, the case does not merit acceptance.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is hereby dismissed without being admitted.    

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost, as per CPR.
