Meera age 60 years wife of Shri Ved Parkash, resident of H.No.143, Gali No.1, Kaithal Road, Shiv Colony, Karnal, Haryana, at present Gali No.1, Shiv Colony, Karnal.

Bank of Baroda, SCO 8, Sector-14, Meerut Road, Karnal, Haryana 132001, through its Branch Manager/ authorized signatory/ person.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

       Shri Sanjiv Sharma, Advocate, appeared and filed power of attorney and an application for taken up the file and for withdraw the present complaint.

        Complainant has suffered her separate statement to effect that due to technical reason, she does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same with permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.

      In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies of the same. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
