Present:          None for complainant.

Sh. Anil Singla, Adv. counsel  for Ops.

Case taken up at 2.45 P.M. and called repeatedly but this time also neither complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Perusal of file reveals that the case was fixed for evidence of complainant on 27.07.2015 and since then complainant has availed several opportunities to conclude his evidence including last opportunity but failed to conclude the same rather opted not to come present before the Forum wherefrom it is presumed that complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint further more.  Hence, finding no justification in adjourning the case further, the same is dismissed in default for non-appearance of the complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
