We have heard Shri Moorjani on admission and have examined the order of state commission dated 30.09.2009. Since loan was not sanctioned to complainants No. 2 & 3/petitioners by the opposite party/respondent bank, the complainants had not acquired the status of consumer and complaint is therefore not legally maintainable under the C.P. Act, 1986. State commission had rightly set aside the order of District forum and dismissed the complaint. Revision petition is dismissed being without any merit.
