ORDER

None appears for the petitioner.

The petitioner committed delay of about four years in filing of the complaint before the District Consumer Forum.  The State Commission held, in view of “State Bank of India Vs. M/s B.S. Agriculture Industries (L) 2009 (2) CPC 1”, that where the complaint is barred by limitation, it may not be taken cognizance of unless the delay is condoned.  The present petition is also filed after 99 days.  There is also failure of the petitioner to appear before the State Commission on various dates of hearing, as indicated in the opening paragraphs of the impugned order.  Considering the constant lapses committed by the petitioner, the revision petition is dismissed in limine.
