ORDER

Both parties file hazira.

            The petition dated 24/01/2019 filed by the OP/Bank for amendment of some clerical and typographical mistake in final order is taken up for hearing and passing order treating the same as MA Case No. 10/2019.

            Heard both sides.

            No objection is raised by Ld. Advocate/Agent of the Complainant.

            On careful perusal of the Complainant, final order and other materials on record we find that some typographical mistake, have been cropped in the body of the final order passed by the Forum regarding S/B Account number and ATM number of the Complainant.

            We find that in Page No. 1 Para No. 1 Line 2, Page No. 3 Para No. 3 Line 2 and Page No. 3 Para No. 4 Line 1 S/B Account No. 39930100000397 is to be written instead of 30030100000397.

            We further find in Page No. 1 Para No. 1 Last Line and in Page No. 3 Para No. 3 Last Line ATM Card number is to be written 4029850286743 instead of 402985028674.

Considering over all matter into consideration and materials on record we find that the mistake cropped up was apparent on face of the record and the petition is to be allowed for ends of justice.

                                    That the petition dated 24/01/2019 filed by the OP/Bank for amendment of some clerical and typographical mistake in final order i.e. MA Case No. 10/2019 is allowed on consent. 

            Let amend the final order.

            Let copy of the Amended final order be supplied to the parties at free of costs.
