                 Complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for a direction to the opposite parties  to pay  a sum of Rs.37,379.13 with interest  and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as compensation and mental agony and Rs.5,000/- as cost of the complaint to the complainant.
